The Plumbing Inspector issues Plumbing Permits for new internal plumbing and plumbing changes in addition to Subsurface Wastewater Disposal (septic system) permits and inspects the installation of plumbing and septic systems on a regular basis during installation to determine that all new and replacement plumbing and septic systems are in compliance with the Maine State Plumbing Code and any other codes adopted by the town of Lovell.
